If there’s one thing 2023 proved it’s that you never know who might return to WWE. John Cena, The Rock and even CM punk returned to the compant this year which seems to indicate that anything is possible.
Recently Fallon Henley took to social media to pitch the idea of forming a tag team with Mickie James, and she suggested that they should pursue the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. Mickie made it clear that she’s on board for the partnership when she posted the following response:
“I’m your Huckleberry. ”

Mickie James returned to WWE in 2016 and kicked off a run with the company that lasted through April of 2021 when she was released due to budget cuts. Despite the release Mickie seems to be on good terms with WWE as she returned for one night only to compete in the 2022 women’s Royal Rumble match while she was the Impact Knockouts Champion.
It’s not known at this point in time if WWE has any interest in bringing Mickie James back. It is worth noting that she’s currently a free agent, and her husband Nick Aldis is the current General Manager of SmackDown.
Back in October it was reported by WrestleVotes that there ideas discussed regarding Mickie James and Nick Aldis working as Co-GMs, but it was also noted that even though the idea was discussed it wasn’t something WWE planned to move forward with.
