Since taking over WWE creative Triple H has brought a number of former WWE stars back to the company, and Chelsea Green’s return has been rumored for some time. With the Royal Rumble set to take place this weekend there’s been speculation that Green could be appearing which Robert Stone recently played up on Twitter when he posted the following picture:

Fightful Select is reporting that there are tentative plans for Chelsea Green to play a comedic “Karen” character when she returns to TV. It was also noted that Green has actually been signed to a WWE deal for months now. There’s currently no word on whether or not she will be in the women’s Royal Rumble match this year.
Chelsea Green’s husband Matt Cardona has also been rumored for a WWE return, but when he was asked directly if he will be at the Royal Rumble he said, “In San Antonio the day before the Rumble? What am I, a mark?”
