Ring of Honor has become a popular destination for many performers in the wrestling business, and now a former TNA Knockouts Champion has joined an upcoming ROH event.
Ring of Honor recently announced that Madison Rayne will be appearing at the Survivor of the Fittest event on November 19, and she’ll be wrestling Deonna Purrazzo.
The official announcement notes that Rayne competed in a Four Corner Survival Match with Sara Del Rey, MsChif, Daizee Haze, Lacey, and Serena Deeb in 2008 when she was known as Ashley Layne.
Madison Rayne recently participated in a WWE tryout, and it seemed that it was a positive experience for the former TNA star, but there’s currently no word on what the future holds for Rayne and WWE.
Chris Jericho’s Rock and Wrestling Rager cruise has some big names attached to it already with The Young Bucks and Marty Scurll already confirmed for the cruise, and now ROH World Champion Cody Rhodes has been confirmed as well.
Ring of Honor recently announced that Cody and his wife Brandi Rhodes will be joining the cruise next year and Cody hyped up his appearance with the following video:
