You never know who might show up when you attend a WWE or NXT live event, as the company is constantly signing new talents. On Saturday night the stars of NXT made their way to Ocala, FL and former Impact Wrestling star Samuel Shaw made his debut. Unfortunately for Shaw he lost his debut NXT match to Fabian Archer.

Shaw made his first appearance on TNA programming as part of the Gut Check competition in 2010 and he worked with the promotion through 2015 before officially parting ways with the company.
It was announced earlier this year that he had signed with WWE.
WWE Hall of Famer Dory Funk Jr. also made an appearance at the event and cut a promo.
