Recently former WWE Champion Jinder Mahal shocked the world when he posted a tweet claiming that he had quit the company. It was later reported that Jinder Mahal had been released, and it looks like several more WWE stars were also let go.
Fightful Select is reporting that the following talents have been released from WWE:
– Jinder Mahal
– Xia Li
– Xyon Quinn
– Veer
– Sanga
There’s currently no word on why WWE decided to release the aforementioned names, but all of them will have to wait out a 90 day non-compete clause before potentially returning to the world of professional wrestling.
