The WWE premium live event schedule has been loaded with big shows this year and the next show on the lineup is Money in the Bank in June. Back in 2018, WWE held their first ever all women’s PLE when Evolution aired live from the Nassau Coliseum, and it’s been rumored that Evolution 2 could take place in July.
During a recent episode of WrestleVotes Radio on Sportskeeda’s Backstage Pass it was reported that several people in creative have noted that Charlotte Flair vs. Jade Cargill has been pitched for the Evolution 2 premium live event.
It was added that although seeds have been planted on WWE programming in recent weeks, the plans for Evolution should become more clear once Money in the Bank is complete.
A potential Jade Cargill vs. Charlotte Flair match has been teased for some time as they first came face to face on the October 13, 2023 episode of SmackDown shortly after Jade signed with WWE. Charlotte and Jade crossed paths once again on last week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown, and Jade took a shot at The Queen when she told her to head to the back of the line.
One way or another it will be interesting to see how things play out with Jade and Charlotte in the weeks to come.
