Today is a big day for the SmackDown brand, as the show is moving to Friday nights on FOX. Earlier this week Monday Night Raw had its season premiere, and a new stage for the red brand debuted during the episode. SmackDown also has a new stage and he following photo surfaced online:

Some big names are expected to be in the house for the 20th anniversary of SmackDown, and WWE is focusing on the following points for tonight’s show:

- The Rock returns for FOX premiere of Friday Night SmackDown
- Kevin Owens and Shane McMahon to put careers on the line in Ladder Match
- Becky Lynch & Charlotte Flair to battle Sasha Banks & Bayley on FOX premiere
- Roman Reigns faces Erick Rowan when SmackDown premieres on FOX
