Ever since the Demon was put on the injured list fans have been pining to see him return to the ring. We previously reported today Triple H is scheduled to return to the ring at two house shows next month, in theory, to get some ring time in before WrestleMania and now it looks like he’s been added to yet another live event.
PWInsider reports a scheduled match featuring Triple H also has another big name attached to it: Finn Balor. The March 26th live event in White Plains, NY will feature a 6-man tag main event with teams consisting of Chris Jericho, Sami Zayn, and Finn Balor vs. Samoa Joe, Kevin Owens, and Triple H.
This is incredibly exciting news, not only because it solidifies Finn Balor’s highly anticipated in-ring return, but it also gives even more credibility to the rumor that Triple H is going to start a dominant heel faction leading into Mania featuring Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe.
While this March 26th house show might not be the first time we see Finn Balor, it is the best sign we’ve seen so far that this new “over 9000” powerful heel faction comprising of The Game, The Prizefighter, and The Samoan Submission machine is on its way.
One thing is for sure, the Road to WrestleMania just got a whole lot more interesting.
