triple h

Although Seth Rollins’ WrestleMania status might be up in the air, Triple H is apparently getting some of that ring-rust off before the show of shows.

Let it also be noted that Dave Meltzer has reported officials are still very much of the idea that Rollins will be back in time for Mania. But, just in case he isn’t it looks like Triple H is going to have his choice of opponents.

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment recently announced that the King of Kings is set to wrestle during the WWE live event at the Ricoh Coliseum on March 11th and he will be participating in a huge 6-man tag main event match. With three different people to face, Triple H might be holding an audition of sorts to see who he gels with best, but that’s all speculation (we still think Seth will be back).

They obviously just want him to get some spots in and the 6-man aspect of the match will keep Triple H’s involvement minimal and safe (in theory, he did tear his left quad in a tag match after all), this is certainly a big main event.

Finn Balor is also announced for this show, so the Demon could very well be popping up for the encounter as well.

Speaking of Finn Balor, the latest word going around is even though Finn might not be totally cleared for an in-ring return just yet, he is well on his way and the office knows it. There have been ideas floating around to use him on television even before he receives official medical clearance.

This might be partly due to the fact that he tore up the NXT show in Orlando and did some of his signature moves in the process without any trouble. He’s also in great shape too.

We’ll be watching closely to see if Finn pops up, because if and when he does reappear we’re going to mark out like crazy.

It’s being reported that there are plans for Balor at WrestleMania 33, we just don’t really know who he’s being paired with just yet. Hopefully that gets cleared up sooner than later.
