WWE announced on Monday that Emma will be out of action for a while as she’s set to undergo surgery to repair a ruptured disc in her back. At this point it’s not known how long she will be out of the ring, but Emma confirmed on Twitter that she will be going into surgery on Wednesday.

It was previously announced that Ric Flair will be barred from ringside during the WWE Women’s Championship match at Extreme Rules. During the contract signing on Raw Shane McMahon and Stephanie announced that if Ric Flair attempts to come down to the ringside area Charlotte will automatically forfeit her title.
