All Elite Wrestling was officially announced in January of 2019, and the company has come a long way since then.

Shortly after the company was announced WWE officials started putting big efforts into locking in their talents to long term deals.

However, due to the coronavirus pandemic circumstances have changed, and the company released a number of talents and employees last month due to budget cuts.

Dave Meltzer recently reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that WWE is no longer worried about whether or not released wrestlers will sign with AEW, or other competitors in the current environment.

A number of former WWE talents have joined AEW since the inception of the company, and there are rumors that we could be seeing a few more names join the promotion in the months to come.

Stay tuned for updates.
