The WWE roster is loaded at the moment which means that not everyone who is signed to the company gets TV time. It’s been a while since fans have seen Tamina on TV and some have wondered about her current status with the company.
In a recent Fightful Select Q&A, Sean Ross Sapp was asked about Tamina’s status with WWE and he confirmed that she is still listed on the roster despite the fact that she hasn’t been at the shows.
Tamina is not currently factored in creatively and hasn’t wrestled in years. After the new regime took over in WWE, Tamina wasn’t used anymore, but was still occasionally backstage. Tamina was seen speaking with CM Punk when he showed up at Raw when he was still under contract with All Elite Wrestling.
Currently Tamina is 48 years old, and hasn’t competed in over three years. It was noted that it’s quite likely we won’t be seeing Tamina again. She last stepped into the ring when she faced off against Michin on the 2/27/2023 episode of Main Event.
Tamina originally debuted with WWE back in 2010 and since then she’s become a 9 time WWE 24/7 Champion and a 1 time WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
