This week’s episode of NXT was action packed and it featured a big Jordynne Grace vs. Cora Jade match which unfortunately had to be stopped after Cora Jade suffered an injury.
During the match Jordynne Grace backed Cora Jade up into the corner at one point. Grace ended up backing off after the referee checked on Cora Jade and threw up the “X.” WWE”s medical team then checked on Cora Jade and Jordynne Grace was declared the winner after the referee called for the match to be stopped.
Following the match some fans on social media speculated that Cora Jade may have suffered a knee injury, but that’s not the case. Cora Jade responded to the speculation and clarified that her knees are all good when she posted the following:

Fightful Select is reporting that they’ve been told the match was stopped because Cora Jade suffered a head injury, but no further details were revealed.
