After CM Punk won the AEW World Championship at All Out he made his way backstage for the post-show media scrum and he got the world talking when he took shots at Colt Cabana, Adam Page, MJF and The Elite. Punk’s comments rocked the wrestling world and he repeatedly criticized Colt Cabana for sharing a bank account with his mother.
Colt Cabana hasn’t said much about CM Punk’s rant at the media scrum, but during a recent Twitch stream he did reference Punk’s comments about the shared bank account.
“My brother is the director of Family Guy, if you didn’t know that. That’s a fun little tidbit. My brother is the director of Family Guy. You can look up his name. He also shares a bank account with my mother,” he joked. “It’s just all in the family, you know how it is.”
After the media scrum CM Punk and Ace Steel were involved in a physical altercation with Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks which led to all of them being suspended and stripped of their championships. Punk also suffered an injury during the main event at All Out and it’s expected that he will be out of action for 6 to 9 months.
