WrestleMania 33 is less than a month away and so far only a few matches have been confirmed for the show. We know that Goldberg will face Brock Lesnar in Orlando on April 2nd, and the Universal Title will be on the line. This week on Raw another title match was booked for the show.
Chris Jericho kicked off Raw in Chicago this week and he told the fans that he needed to know why Kevin Owens turned on him. Jericho called out Owens and the former Universal Champion made his way to the entrance ramp.
Jericho demanded answers and Kevin Owens told him that he was never his best friend, he’s just a tool and he used him because he needed someone with experience to help him protect his Universal Title.

Chris Jericho brought up the fact that WrestleMania is only a few weeks away and he challenged Kevin Owens to a match at the big event. Owens told Chris Jericho that he’s not focused on getting the Universal Title back, instead he wants Jericho’s US Title and he told Y2J that he would accept the match if he put the belt on the line.
Chris Jericho agreed to put the US Title on the line and the match is now official for WrestleMania 33.
