Chris Jericho is currently one of the top stars in All Elite Wrestling, but for many years he was a WWE Superstar, and he worked through several different eras.
Nick Dinsmore, formerly known as Eugene in WWE, recently joined Chris Jericho on Talk Is Jericho, and when he mentioned that he once beat Vince McMahon with a schoolboy Jericho joked that Vince is the worst wrestler ever.
“Vince, the worst wrestler ever. He probably even screwed up the schoolboy.”
Dinsmore went on to explain that at the time Eugene was being tormented by The McMahons on screen, and it was Shawn Michaels who suggested that Eugene should actually beat Vince.
“I think it was Vince and Shane against Eugene. They were just gonna beat him up and they were gonna beat him. It was Shawn Michaels who went, ‘Eugene should win if you’re doing all that stuff to him.’ ‘Okay, yeah.’ So at the very end, I just rolled up Vince, one, two, three.”
Despite the fact that Vince has been part of some very memorable moments on WWE programming, it doesn’t sound like he’s won too many people over with his in-ring performances.
