The annual AEW All Out pay-per-view aired live on Sunday night and there was a lot of anticipation leading into the event. Former WWE star Ruby Soho debuted in the Casino Battle Royale, CM Punk wrestled his first match in 7 years, and Kenny Omega defended the AEW World Championship against Christian Cage in the main event.

At one point during the match Don Callis distracted the referee while Kenny Omega set a table up on top of Christian, and he stomped on the table to smash it over Christian’s head. Later in the match Kenny and Christian battled on the apron with a table set up on the outside, and Christian speared Kenny off the apron through the table to the floor.

Christian followed up with two spears, but Kenny Omega kicked out. He followed up with a frog splash, but Omega got his knees up. Christian got Omega in a Texas Cloverleaf, and Don Callis called for The Good Brothers to come down. The distraction didn’t work as Christian ended up hitting the Killswitch, but Omega kicked out.

Christian got Omega up on the ropes for a super Killswitch, but Omega poked him in the eye then hit One Winged Angel from the ropes to retain the title. After the match Don Callis and Kenny Omega celebrated while The Young Bucks made their way to the ring.

The Good Brothers and The Bucks started beating on Christian as Jurassic Express tried to make the save but failed. The crowd chanted “yes” and Kenny Omega grabbed the mic and told the Chicago crowd that no one is on his level.

Omega said that the only people who could beat him for the belt are not here, already tired, or already dead then the lights went out. The lights came back on and Adam Cole made his entrance.

Cole got in the ring and came face to face with The Elite as the crowd chanted “holy s**t.” Cole teased tension with Omega, but he superkicked Jungle Boy then hugged The Elite. Cole got on the mic and said there “ain’t not chance in Hell” that anyone is going to stop The Elite, and Omega said Cole is one of their best friends.

Kenny Omega went to say goodbye, and Bryan Danielson’s music hit. The crowd went crazy with “yes” chants as Bryan got in the ring and stood with Christian Cage and Jurassic Express. Bryan pointed at Omega, but Omega retreated, and the ring turned into one big brawl between The Elite and the faces.

Bryan Danielson hit the running knee on Nick Jackson and celebrated with the faces while The Elite retreated to end the show.
