Fans haven’t seen Brock Lesnar appear on WWE programming since he successfully defended his Universal Championship against Roman Reigns at the Greatest Royal Rumble, but last week Paul Heyman appeared on Raw and confirmed that Brock will be defending the belt at SummerSlam. Heyman also confirmed this week that Brock will be appearing on Raw next Monday.
Bobby Lashley and Roman Reigns are getting ready to fight for the right to challenge Brock, but Heyman says he doesn’t care who challenges The Beast.
“My phone has been blowing up all day with people wanting to know, ‘Who do I think is going to win tonight, Bobby Lashley or Roman Reigns?,’ And the truth is, I couldn’t care less. Because the winner of tonight’s match on Raw is ultimately the loser who’s gonna get their a** handed to them by Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam.”
Heyman went on to say that Brock will confront his challenger next week on Raw.
“And if you don’t take my word for it, then you can take the word of the reigning, defending, undisputed Universal Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar, who will tell his victim these very words next week, live on Raw. And that’s not a prediction: That’s a spoiler.”
