Brock Lesnar is the reigning, defending, WWE Universal Champion, and Jinder Mahal is the reigning, defending WWE Champion. Fans often like to debate over which title, and which champion is superior, and it appears that we’re going to find out out next month at the annual WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view.

F4Wonline.com is reporting that WWE officials are currently planning for Brock Lesnar and Jinder Mahal to face off in a non-title match at Survivor Series in November. It was also noted that plans for the Survivor Series card should be finalized over the next week.
Last year WWE built the card around brand supremacy with Raw vs. SmackDown Live matches, so it’s possible we could see a similar theme this year.
Jinder Mahal recently announced that he’ll be defending the WWE Championship against Kevin Owens when WWE returns to India in December, so it seems that this is WWE’s way of having the champion appear on pay-per-view without any risk of losing his title.
The Survivor Series pay-per-view is set to air on the WWE Network on Sunday, November 20.
