Monday Night Raw aired live from Greensboro, NC this week and the show featured some big moments. Oba Femi’s open challenge continued and there was a lot of speculation regarding who would step up to challenge The Ruler this week.
After Oba made his entrance he was standing in the ring when Brock Lesnar appeared out of nowhere and attacked him from behind. Lesnar absolutely decimated Oba Femi as he hit The Ruler with the F5 four times. Femi looked shocked as he attempted to recover while Brock looked on as he made his way to the back.
Last month Oba Femi faced off against Brock Lesnar in the opening match of night 2 of WrestleMania 42. Femi picked up a major win when he defeated The Beast Incarnate then Lesnar shocked the world when he left his boots and gloves in the ring then said goodbye to the fans.
At the time it seemed that Brock Lesnar had retired from professional wrestling, but it appears that his in-ring career is not over just yet as The Beast is clearly looking to get some revenge on Oba Femi.
After the commercial break Adam Pearce looked confused as he said that he had filed retirement paperwork for Brock Lesnar. He then went to his office where Paul Heyman was waiting for him, and he demanded answers from Heyman who presented him with a contract for a Brock Lesnar vs. Oba Femi rematch at Clash in Italy. Heyman also confirmed that Brock Lesnar has already signed the contract.
