Earlier this week Roman Reigns managed to successfully defend the Universal Championship against Finn Balor in the main event of the Extreme Rules pay-per-view, and Reigns had a big night on Friday. The Tribal Chief was officially drafted to SmackDown as the number one draft pick, and after the first round wrapped up he made his way to the ring to cut a promo.

Reigns talked about his victory over Balor, then he said he’s looking ahead to the future as Paul Heyman hyped up his match with Brock Lesnar at Crown Jewel. That’s when Brock’s music hit and he came down to the ring to confront Roman Reigns. The Beast and The Tribal Chief came face to face, and neither man backed down.

Roman threw the first punch, but Brock followed up by hitting him with a few German suplexes before The Usos interfered. Lesnar took out The Usos then invited Roman back into the ring. Roman got back on the apron and teased getting in the ring, but he walked away instead.

Brock Lesnar then responded by hitting each of The Usos with the F5. Reigns and Lesnar will face off at Crown Jewel on Thursday, October 21.
