The stars of the WWE are set to return to the world’s most famous arena today for a live event at Madison Square Garden. The card is loaded with top names from the SmackDown brand and Raw star Brock Lesnar is also set to face off against Kevin Owens.
Kevin Owens vs. Brock Lesnar was originally being advertised as a Universal Title match, but that obviously won’t be happening now, because Goldberg is the current Universal Champion and he’s not scheduled to appear.
John Cena will also get his chance to take the WWE Title off of Bray Wyatt’s hands and NXT Women’s Champion Asuka will be making her Madison Square Garden debut. AJ Styles, Randy Orton and Shane McMahon are also being advertised for special appearances at the event.
