Brock Lesnar has been involved in some huge matches at WrestleMania and over the last few months there were a lot of rumors regarding who The Beast could end up facing at the Showcase of the Immortals this year. Ultimately it was revealed that he would be facing Omos, and in recent weeks it seemed that Lesnar had his work cut out for him as Omos managed to get the upper hand during their face to face encounters.
Omos vs. Brock Lesnar kicked off night 2 of WrestleMania 39 at SoFi Stadium and both men brought the fight to one another. Lesnar immediately went after Omos, but Omos tossed him aside like a ragdoll. The Beast repeatedly tried and failed to knock Omos down as Omos dominated early on.
Omos wore Lesnar down with bodyslams and bear hugs as the fans booed. Every time that Lesnar tried to fight back Omos just knocked him down immediately. Omos charged at Lesnar in the corner, but Lesnar got out of the way and Omos hit his face on the ring post. Lesnar was able to deliver several suplexes to Omos, but when he put Omos up for the F5 his back gave out and he dropped his opponent.
Brock went for the F5 again and managed to hit the move on his second attempt. The Beast then got the three count to a big pop from the fans at SoFi Stadium.
