Braun Strowman has become one of the most popular stars on the WWE Raw roster thanks to his ambulance flipping antics, but on this week’s show he was written off of TV for a little while.

It was recently reported that Braun Strowman is unfortunately dealing with some elbow issues that will require surgery to repair, and it’s estimated that he will be out of action for 4 to 6 weeks. The timing of the injury is truly unfortunate, because it looks like Braun’s career was about to take off in a big way.
It’s believed that Braun Strowman was set to face Roman Reigns once again at Extreme Rules before moving on to challenge Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at Great Balls of Fire in July.
Unfortunately it doesn’t look like Braun will be getting the title shot, and WWE officials are currently trying to decide which star will step up to Brock Lesnar next.
Although Braun may be out of action for a while, he seems to be in good spirits as he says that the injury is just a minor speed bump, and he will return better than ever.
“I will return to finish what I’ve started and that’s carving my name in history as the most destructive thing #WWE has ever seen. This surgery is just a minor speed bump I will return bigger stronger faster and even more dangerous than ever mark my words I’m the definition of unstoppable!!!”
