Friday’s episode of SmackDown was the go-home show for WrestleMania 39, and the show featured the annual Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal. Most of the competitors made their way out to the ring as a group, but Bobby Lashley got his own special entrance right before the commercial break. Back from the break Braun Strowman also got his own entrance and everyone in the ring stated him down as the match kicked off.

The final four came down to Bronson Reed, Braun Strowman, LA Knight and Bobby Lashley. Reed tried to throw LA Knight out, but Knight fought back to a big reaction from the crowd. However, Reed put Knight up on his shoulders and threw him over the top rope to heavy boos from the crowd. Bobby Lashley then took the fight to Bronson Reed and Braun Strowman.

Strowman got the upper hand for a second when he hit Lashley with a running powerslam, but Reed took advantage of the distraction and threw him out. Bronson Reed went to the top but when he jumped off Lashley moved out of the way. Lashley hit Reed with a spear then tried to throw him over the top, but Reed fought back and threw Lashley over.

Bronson Reed thought he had it won, but Bobby got back in the ring and threw Bronson Reed over the top to win the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
