When Big E first arrived on the WWE main roster he was a force to be reckoned with, but WWE didn’t let him show much in the way of personality.
Luckily being part of The New Day has helped Big E develop his character in a major way. Fans now know that Big E isn’t just a powerhouse, he’s also funny and charismatic.
However, The New Day have been working as a unit for several years now, and it remains to be seen if they will ever break away and pursue singles careers.
But there’s at least one person out there who thinks that Big E could be a future World Champion, and his name is Kenny Omega.
“When I see Big E, I clearly see someone who could be world champion,” Omega told Sports Illustrated. “The guy is on another level. Kofi is one of those guys who is good in all situations and can challenge for all titles, and Xavier is another great athlete who is talented in the ring and confident on the mic.”
Big E caught wind of the quote, and he told Omega not to play with his emotions, but Omega responded by saying it’s all true.
