Becky Lynch has been one of the biggest names in professional wrestling for years now and she recently added another title to her resume when she defeated Tiffany Stratton to win the NXT Women’s Championship. Lynch has shown throughout the course of her career that she’s willing to take on all comers which could mean there’s potential for a match with Jade Cargill at some point in the future.
It was confirmed earlier this week that Jade Cargill has signed a multi-year contract with WWE, and Becky Lynch recently praised Cargill while speaking with the New York Post.
“I watch all the products. I think it’s great. More women with more platforms. I think she has a lot of work to do when she gets here, but if she is willing to do that, just look at her. She’s a star. It’s more people for me to get in the ring with and kick their a**es.”
WWE did confirm that Jade Cargill was training at the Performance Center on Tuesday, but so far there have been no official announcements regarding which brand she will be joining. Stay tuned for updates.
