There’s a lot going on in the world right now thanks to the coronavirus, and the general public is being encouraged to stay home.
But there will certainly be no shortage of political news in the months to come as we’re in the midst of an election year.
The current President of the United States, Donald Trump, is up for re-election this year, but Batista recently took to Twitter to reveal that he’s backing Bernie Sander for President.
The former WWE Champion posted the following on Twitter:
“For what it’s worth I am in complete support of @SenSanders. I have been for a long time. I believe he is the only candidate that can get us back on track. I think he is the most honest Candidate. I think his biggest concern is the well-being of all Americans. My 2 cents.”

It was announced a few months ago that Batista is set to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year, but due to the coronavirus the induction ceremony originally scheduled for April 2 in Tampa has been canceled.
It’s rumored that the Hall of Fame induction ceremony could be tied in with SummerSlam, but that has yet to be confirmed.
