During this week’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw, Oba Femi was destroyed by The Vision, and Bronson Reed placed his foot on top of Femi as he was laying on the mat. Femi seemingly took exception to that as he pushed Reed’s foot off of him, and clips of the moment quickly went viral.
WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select is reporting that there was definitely chatter backstage amongst personnel following the segment involving Oba Femi and The Vision on Monday Night Raw earlier this week. It’s being said that there was talk specifically about Oba Femi brushing off Bronson Reed when Reed put his foot on The Ruler.
According to the report the moment was not originally written into the segment, and it caught some people backstage off guard. After asking around WrestleVotes was told that people caught it, and some people didn’t like it.
Over the weekend Oba Femi stepped into the ring to face off against Bron Breakker at Sunday Night’s Main Event, but the match ended in a disqualification after The Vision interfered. Bronson Reed made his big return after spending months sitting on the sidelines and decimated Femi with a steel chair followed by the Tsunami.
Judging from how things played out at Sunday Night’s Main Event and on WWE Raw it seems that Femi’s feud with The Vision is far from over.
