The WWE Draft is returning next week and according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter WWE has plans to split up a few of the established teams on the roster. At this point it’s not known which tag teams WWE plans on splitting up.
John Cena hosted the ESPY awards this past Wednesday and Cena has been receiving rave reviews for his performance.
Viewership for this year’s ESPY awards was down from last year’s show, but viewership for this year’s ESPYs was the second highest in the show’s history. This year’s show drew 5.7 million viewers.
There have been some reports going around claiming that Cody Rhodes can’t use the name Rhodes. It seems that some of the speculation comes from a t-shirt that Cody recently released through Pro Wrestling Tees which simply says “Cody” and doesn’t incorporate his last name in the design.
Cody took to Twitter to clear up the confusion saying that there’s no piece of paper on Earth that can take his name away.
