It’s no big secret that The Revival want to part ways with WWE, as they’ve requested to be released multiple times, and they’ve also turned down new WWE contracts.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that The Revival have been taken off all bookings, and because they’ve already earned more than their contractual downsides over the course of their contracts, they are no longer being paid.

It was also noted that the current situation puts economic pressure on them to sign new deals because they have families.

Dawson’s deal is believed to expire sometime in mid-April with Dash Wilder’s deal set to expire in mid-June.

The belief is that they want to leave to AEW, and the timing for them to make the jump looked great two weeks ago, but economically things have changed for AEW and the wrestling business as a whole.
