Now that Triple H is in charge of creative for WWE it seems that he’s putting his team in place. It was recently reported that Jeff Jarrett parted ways with WWE, and after his departure “Road Dogg” Brian James was put in Jarrett’s former position as Senior Vice President of Live Events.

Jeff Jarrett returned to WWE four months ago and the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that bringing Jarrett back was a move that Bruce Prichard suggested to Vince McMahon.

However, Jeff Jarrett wasn’t part of Triple H’s team, and when the spot opened up it gave Triple H the opportunity to hand pick Brian James for the role of Senior Vice President of Live Events. James had been working behind the scenes with Triple H’s regime in NXT, but he was released from the company in January of this year.

The moves have led to questions about Bruce Prichard’s spot as he’s thought of as a Vince McMahon guy who is more on the entertainment side where Triple H is more on the wrestling side. However, the belief is that Prichard will work with whatever vision Triple H wants to bring to life. The changes aren’t expected to happen in a hurry, but it’s expected that Triple H will be bringing in more of his guys.
