WrestleMania 40 is already a loaded show, but it looks like WWE could potentially get another big name involved with WrestleMania weekend next month in Philadelphia.
PWInsider is reporting that WWE made an overture for Steve Austin to be involved with WrestleMania 40 weekend. Additional details regarding potential plans for Steve Austin and his role at WrestleMania are unknown at this point in time.
There’s been a lot of talk about Austin’s status for WrestleMania as of late as it was recently reported by the Wrestling Observer that although nothing is confirmed Austin, Undertaker and Cena are expected to be involved with WrestleMania 40 in some form.
WrestleMania 40 will air live on Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7. The current card can be seen below.
