For years now Roman Reigns has been the top star in WWE and ever since 2020 his storyline with The Bloodline has been the focus of WWE programming. Roman Reigns dropped his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 40 last week and now he’s currently taking time away from the company.

The Tribal Chief may not be on TV right now, but The Bloodline storyline is still moving forward. Last week on Friday Night SmackDown, Solo Sikoa seemingly removed Jimmy Uso from The Bloodline when Tama Tonga debuted to help Solo beat Jimmy down. Now everyone is waiting to see where the story will go from here.

WrestleVotes is reporting that even though Roman Reigns is expected to be off TV for an extended period of time, he will still have substantial creative input when it comes to the direction of The Bloodline storyline.

“I’m told that although Roman Reigns will be off TV for an indefinite period of time, he will still have substantial creative input in the evolving Bloodline storyline over the course of the next few months.”

As of right now there’s currently no word on when Roman Reigns will be making his return to WWE programming. Stay tuned for more updates on Roman’s status as they become available.
