Liv Morgan has been on a roll recently as she won the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match and cashed in to become SmackDown Women’s Champion on the same night. There are a number of fans out there who have been waiting for Morgan to win championship gold, and it seems that they’re reacting to the win.
PWInsider reports that one WWE source noted that they had never heard louder pops for Liv Morgan than the ones she received over the weekend at live events. It’s also being said that it was obvious from looking in the crowd that Liv Morgan’s merchandise was selling in high numbers at the events.
The recent WWE live event in Sacramento had a little over 7,000 fans in attendance which was among the biggest numbers for a house show so far this year.
Liv Morgan will defend her SmackDown Women’s Championship against Ronda Rousey at the SummerSlam premium live event on July 30th. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
