We’re only a few weeks away from WrestleMania 38, and recently it’s been rumored that Steve Austin could be coming out of retirement to face Kevin Owens on the Grandest Stage of Them All.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that as of right now it’s not certain that Steve Austin will be working a match at WrestleMania, but there will be a confrontation between Kevin Owens and Austin.
It was noted that Austin has been very careful over the years not to put himself in a position where he could disappoint fans, and at this point he has not agreed to do a match. The belief is that Austin’s involvement will be more than just giving Owens a stunner, although that’s the most likely pay off. However, WWE wants a match.
