Asuka is a one-woman wrecking machine. Ever since she debuted in NXT she’s been pretty much unstoppable. Who are we kidding? NXT hasn’t been able to offer her someone who has been able to beat her yet.

The Empress Of Tomorrow just keeps racking up the records and it looks like she will write her name on some more impressive milestones. Not only has she long surpassed Goldberg’s undefeated steak, but she has also toppled Demolition’s record as the longest-reigning team to hold a title at 478 days. On July 29th, she surpassed the New Day as the longest reigning team to hold the WWE Tag Team Championships at 483 days. On August 17th, she will break Rockin’ Robin’s record as the longest reigning Women’s Champion at 502 days.

WWE did a nice little piece on Auska and Bayley commented saying it was all her fault. Even though The Hugger threw out some congratulations to The Empress of Tomorrow, the tweet still sounded a tad remorseful because Bayley had the chance to defeat Asuka but came up short in a big way.

Asuka replied to Bayley’s comment by putting on a little Twitter show of self-congratulation while at the same time trying to help Bayley feel better about losing to her. After all, Bayley’s not the only female to take a loss to The Empress of Tomorrow or else she wouldn’t have all of those impressive accomplishments under her belt (or thong over her wresting tights in Asuka’s case).

In the end, Asuka just repeated “I am awesome” over and over again and she has all the right in the world to do that because she is pretty great. Asuka’s impressive records seem to be getting more unbreakable with every passing day.

If they don’t do something with Asuka soon like let her lose or move her to WWE’s main roster they might as well rename the NXT Women’s Division the “Nobody Can Beat Asuka Division.” It kind of has a nice ring to it.

  1. All these records mean nothing until she beats Andre the giant’s record of 15 years undefeated. In this day and age, that won’t happen. For those who want to call bs, look it up Vince Sr started the streak Vince Jr ended it with Hogan beating him at WM. Still don’t believe it’s on the wwe Network look it up.
