The 2023 WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony is set to take place later this week and now another inductee has been confirmed. PEOPLE is reporting that Stacy Keibler will be getting inducted as part of the 2023 class.
Keibler commented on the inducted when she said, “I never thought I would be in the Hall of Fame, to be honest. I was completely shocked when I got the call. I had tears in my eyes.”
In addition to Stacy Keibler, it’s also been confirmed that Rey Mysterio, The Great Muta and Andy Kaufman will be inducted as part of this year’s Hall of Fame class. So far no inductors have been officially announced for the ceremony.
Stacy Keibler noted that she’s grateful for her WWE Hall of Fame induction and she took a moment to acknowledge the fans when she added, “The fans are the ones that made it possible. I owe so much to them for getting me to this point in my career. I’ve spent time just reflecting, and I feel so lucky to have this extraordinary time with the organization, the community, but most of all the fans,” she adds. “And it’s shaped my life, and there’s nothing else that can get me more excited in the exact same way as being live in front of the WWE fans. Their passion is contagious. So I’m just so excited.”
The WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony is set to take place after SmackDown on Friday, March 31st. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
