Alexa Bliss and Becky Lynch met in the ring on the most recent episode of SmackDown for a contract signing, and things got violent, like most WWE contract signings often do. Becky Lynch and Alexa Bliss had a verbal sparring match for a few minutes, and then Alexa Bliss put the SmackDown Women’s Champion through a table.

Later in the show Renee Young told Becky Lynch that Alexa Bliss wanted to make their championship match at TLC a Tables Match, and Becky agreed to the stipulation. Sunday night was Alexa’s night as she defeated Becky Lynch to become the new SmackDown Women’s Champion.
The end of the match came when Alexa was standing outside the ring, and Becky Lynch was standing on the apron punching her. There was a table set up outside of the ring behind Becky Lynch, and Alexa Bliss powerbombed Becky through the table to win the match.

After the match Alexa celebrated with the title and Becky Lynch was stopped for an interview. Becky said she didn’t appreciate the fact that a microphone was being shoved in her face right after the match, and that she was upset with herself, and she let herself down.
