While #NotMySuperBowlChamps trends on Twitter, not all Atlanta Falcons fans are bitter about the overtime loss last night in the 51st anniversary of the NFL’s big game. AJ Styles is a huge Atlanta Falcons fan as he tweeted several congratulatory remarks at his team during the season and rooted them on during the game. AJ didn’t actually see the Patriot’s comeback though as he was in the air.
However, when AJ’s flight landed last night things had taken a turn for the worst against his Falcons. Styles handled it like a true gentleman and sent out the following message to console the Atlanta fans as well as send out one more congratulation to his team that made it (just about) as far as they could go this season.
If Styles wouldn’t have boarded that flight and been able to keep his phenomenal attention on the game who knows if things would have turned out differently for his Falcons. He very well could have been their lucky charm. With Styles watching, maybe Atlanta would have kicked a field goal instead of passing the ball.
Either way, it was still a great game and we here at Still Real To Us would like to commend AJ Styles for being a true sportsman and taking the loss like the champ he is.
In regards to Tom Brady’s 5th Super Bowl ring, a huge congratulation goes out to the New England Patriots for their historic victory in last night’s NLF championship game.
