It’s been a while since fans have seen Rusev on WWE programming, but the former United States Champion has been quite active on social media over the last few months. Recently The Bulgarian Brute posted a photo to his Instagram story, and it shows him rocking a mustache as opposed to the full beard or goatee fans have seen him sport in the past.
It’s been reported that Rusev requested time off from WWE, and he recently got cryptic about his status when a fan asked if he would be returning with a new haircut and he responded with the following:

He also responded to a tweet claiming that he and Lana don’t know what their next step is when he said, “Oh i know what my next step is.”
