After months of hype WWE Super Show-Down finally aired this weekend, and the Superstars of WWE performed in front of a large crowd at the event. In the weeks leading up to Super Show-Down, WWE was hyping up that there would be 70,000 people in attendance, and prior to the event Triple H noted on Twitter that 65,000 fans were expected for the show.
Dropped by the @MCG this afternoon on the way to speak at Bastion Collective in Melbourne. This city is abuzz about #WWESSD. Spoke with @theheraldsun about what it’ll feel like with over 65,000 fans in the stadium … tomorrow night is gonna be LOUD. pic.twitter.com/XsDSfSszQJ

However, Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that the actual number for attendance was closer to 22,000.
Triple H competed in the main event when he faced The Undertaker in a singles match for the last time ever.
Shawn Michaels and Kane also got involved, but in the end it was Triple H who picked up the victory.
