Roman Reigns successfully defended the Universal Championship against Finn Balor in the main event on Monday Night Raw this week, and Braun Strowman hit him with a big boot immediately after, then tried to cash in.
Unfortunately for Strowman, The Shield’s music hit before the referee could ring the bell, and the Hounds of Justice surrounded the ring.
The fans chanted “holy shit” as Roman and Braun stood in the ring with Rollins and Ambrose on the outside.
Braun attacked Reigns, and then Ambrose and Rollins got in the ring.
The Shield ganged up on Strowman and knocked him out of the ring.
Ambrose pulled the announce table apart and The Shield hit Strowman with the triple powerbomb to end the show.
