Back in November of 2017, Paige made her long awaited return to TV, and she brought two of NXT’s rising stars with her. Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville joined Paige on Monday Night Raw, and together they formed Absolution.
For a few weeks Absolution dominated the women’s division, but unfortunately their run was cut short when Paige was pulled from the ring after suffering an injury.
Paige has since retired from in-ring competition, and she’s now the SmackDown Live General Manager, which you think would be a good thing for Mandy and Sonya considering the fact that they were recently moved to SmackDown in the Superstar Shake-Up.
But that’s not the case because on Tuesday night Paige told Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose that Absolution is dead after they asked for a shot at the SmackDown Women’s Championship.
The announcement was met with shock, and Mandy Rose thinks Paige is drunk with power.
We get it @RealPaigeWWE you might be a little drunk with power right now… but we forgive you!

Sonya Deville also reacted to the announcement, and it seems that she’s still trying to process what happened.
On this week’s episode of SmackDown Live another break up was teased when Lana returned and hinted that she thinks Aiden English is holding Rusev back. Only time will tell where this storyline is going, but nonetheless Lana seems excited about the fact that she returned on Rusev Day.
