Sheamus and Cesaro are the current Raw Tag Team Champions, and they’ve been talking some serious trash on social media as of late. The Bar have issued an open challenge for WrestleMania, and this week the tag team division on Raw came down to the ring and attacked them.
The Bar later told Kurt Angle that they’ve heard rumors of a Superstar Shake-up after WrestleMania, but they want to be traded to SmackDown Live right away.
Kurt Angle then announced that the Raw tag team division would go on to compete in a battle royal later in the show, and the winners would get a Tag Team Title shot at WrestleMania 34.
The Raw tag team division made their way down to the ring for the main event, and Braun Strowman also competed in the battle royal by himself.
It came down to Karl Anderson and Braun Strowman, and Braun Strowman screamed, “I’m going to WrestleMania,” in Anderson’s face as he threw Anderson over the top rope to win the match.
Strowman celebrated in the ring as the commentary team questioned whether or not Strowman could compete for the Tag Team Titles by himself.
It’s been rumored that The Bar could be facing a team that’s not currently a team, and considering the fact that Braun Strowman doesn’t currently have a partner, that could very well be the case.
One way or another, it looks like Strowman will be involved in the Tag Team Title picture in some shape or form at WrestleMania 34.
