WWE Champion AJ Styles had a big night on Sunday as he went toe to toe with Brock Lesnar at Survivor Series. AJ Styles didn’t get the win, but he did get people talking with his impressive performance against The Beast.
But now that Survivor Series is over, it’s back to business as usual, and the stars of SmackDown Live are once again fighting each other.
AJ Styles defeated Jinder Mahal to win the WWE Championship on SmackDown Live a few weeks, and Jinder has been teasing that he’s getting ready for his rematch.
This week on SmackDown the main event for Clash of Champions was officially confirmed, as it was announced that AJ Styles will be defending his WWE Championship against Jinder Mahal.

WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne has been getting some great opportunities as of late. He wrestled Enzo Amore on Monday Night Raw a few weeks ago, and he also wrestled prior to this week’s SmackDown Live tapings.
The dark match for SmackDown Live in Houston this week featured Pete Dunne teaming up with Mark Andrews to take on the team of Tyler Bate and Trent Seven. Dunne and Andrews got the victory.
