Impact Wrestling is bringing some old faces back into the fold and they’ve also signed some new names. PWInsider reports that former Impact Wrestling star Matt Morgan was backstage for the tapings on Friday and Morgan confirmed the report when he posted the following picture on Twitter:

Matt Morgan isn’t the only star who was backstage for the tapings on Friday as it’s also being reported that Chris Mordetsky, better known to WWE fans as Chris Masters was backstage as well.
Former Knockouts Champion Gail Kim and MMA fighter turned wrestler Phil Baroni were also backstage on Friday.
Karen Jarrett returned as an on screen character Friday night and there is apparently talk of bringing in GFW Women’s Champion Christie Von Eerie for a future set of Impact tapings.
Jeff Jarrett is now steering the ship for Impact Wrestling, but he’s made it clear that he still plans for move forward with GFW. There was reportedly a feeling among some of the talents who have been with the company for a while that the new regime just wants them to put over GFW talents.
Aron Rex, formerly known as WWE superstar Damien Sandow, was not at the tapings because he’s busy filming a movie at the moment.
Impact Wrestling will be taping more content for upcoming episodes of Impact tonight, so stay tuned for mor eupdates.
