TNA is going through some big changes right now. Anthem Sports acquired the company a few months ago and Dixie Carter is now out of power. Anthem brought Jeff Jarrett back into the fold and Jarrett has assembled his own creative team. Double J and his crew are preparing to tape several episode of Impact this week, but they’ll be taping the shows without some of the promotion’s biggest names.
Former TNA World Heavyweight Champion Drew Galloway confirmed his departure earlier in the week and The Broken Hardys have also parted ways with the company. Mike Bennett and Maria Kanellis have reportedly followed them out the door and now it looks like another star could be on their way out.
PWInsider is reporting that former TNA Knockouts Champion Jade is now a free agent. Her deal reportedly expired this week and it’s not known if Impact Wrestling officials plan to include her in this week’s tapings.
It’s been a long time since Summer Rae has appeared on WWE programming and her fans miss her. Summer has been out of action dealing with an injury since last spring and since then updates on her condition have been few and far between.
Although it’s not yet known when we might be seeing Summer Rae on WWE programming again, fans can get their Summer Rae fix by picking up Athleisure Magazine as she noted on Instagram that she’s featured in the latest issue.
