Brock Lesnar and CM Punk both fought in the UFC this year but they had very different results. Brock was able to score a victory over Mark Hunt at UFC 200, but Mickey Gall made short work of CM Punk during his debut fight at UFC 203 in September.

Brock Lesnar’s fight against Mark Hunt has since been ruled a no contest due to his failed drug tests, and he has been suspended from UFC for one year. It remains to be seen if he will ever fight in the UFC again, and CM Punk’s future with the company also remains a mystery. However, there’s no denying that Brock Lesnar and CM Punk are both big stars, and they help to create a buzz around UFC.
Dana White recently spoke to TMZ, and he was asked if Brock Lesnar will fight again in the future, but Dana indicated that it doesn’t seem likely to happen at this point
“I doubt it. I don’t know how much longer he’s got with WWE. I think his career is winding down, but he’s a freak of nature so who knows? Maybe he’ll give me a call and say he wants to do it again, but I think he’s ready to ride off into the sunset. We haven’t talked about it.”
After CM Punk’s loss at UFC 203, Dana White was saying that CM Punk “probably” shouldn’t fight in the UFC again. However, it looks like Dana hasn’t ruled out another fight for Punk in the UFC, and he says that they’ve been talking.
“He and I have not figured that out yet, but we will. I don’t know. I gotta talk to him and see how this thing works out for him. UFC is a dangerous place, it really is. It’s a tough place to come in for your first couple fights. I give him all the credit and respect in the world for coming in and giving it a shot, it’s a tough place to do it though. But we’ll see what happens. I love the guy.”
