The Dolph Ziggler/Dean Ambrose rivalry has been heating up for weeks now, and both men took their feud to the next level as they battled over the WWE World Championship at SummerSlam.
SmackDown COO Shane McMahon and SmackDown General Manager Daniel Bryan made their way down before the match began to watch from the ringside area. Tension was high between Ziggler and Ambrose as Daniel bryan and Shane McMahon held them back while the introductions took place.
Ambrose and Ziggler took each other to the limit, but it was Dean Ambrose who got the victory.
The end of the match came when both men were on the top rope and Ziggler tried to hit Ambrose with a facebuster, but he landed on his feet. Ambrose then hit Ziggler with Dirty Deeds to put him away.
